The production stages of LEATHER HATS are:

• CUTTING THE LEATHER
• SKIVING and/or SPACING
• COUPLING
• CUTTING THE INTERIOR
• STITCHING
• TRIMMING and/or EMBROIDERY
• IRONING and/or PRESSING
• LABELLING
• PACKAGING

In the packaging stage the final check on the product is made eliminating any imperfections such as cutting the threads. Also in this case to be able to make use of the Mark of Origin and Quality each company carries out itself, or through another company present in the area, the production stages as above.
